TSE 20131103 Check

Checkpoint for this Hybrid Eclipse with values published by F. Espenak on his NASA site obtained with DE405 theory. I don’t know what mean lunar radius was used by Mr. Espenak, I’m currently adopting the IAU 1982 value 0.2725076°. This could be the reason for these small differences.
