These are the local circumstances, computed by Uruk_One, of the TSE that will take place in the USA as seen from Buffalo.
I’m using a DeltaT value of 70.86s.
Duration of Totality = 3m 48.2s
All contacts are computed with MLR = 0.2725076

I’ve tried to use the same coordinates used by Google for Buffalo, so timings obtained by Uruk_One are comparable with NASA prediction.
Uruk_One - Ephemeris DE 438 Duration of Totality = 3m 48.2s All contacts are computed with MLR = 0.2725076 C1 14:05:03.9 DST C2 15:18:25.4 DST GE 15:20:19.7 DST C3 15:22:13.6 DST C4 16:32:14.2 DST Longitude : 78° 46' 09.1" W Latitude : 42° 52' 18.8" N Altitude. : unknown
Finally, here’s the calculations obtained by Uruk_One using two different values of MLR (k), that is what NASA is supposed to do, as stated here.
Internal contacts (C2, C3) MLR = 0.272281
External contacts (C1,C4) MLR = 0.2725076
Duration of Totality = 3m 44.4s C1 14:05:03.9 DST (MLR = 0.2725076) C2 16:18:27.3 DST (MLR = 0.272281) GE 15:20:19.7 DST. unchanged C3 16:22:11.7 DST (MLR = 0.272281) C4 16:32:14.2 DST (MLR = 0.2725076) Longitude : 78° 52' 21" W Latitude : 42° 52' 52" N Altitude. : unknown
that gives better results in terms of duration of the totality with respect to the NASA prediction. I don’t apply any correction due to the lunar limb, and actually don’t know if NASA’s prediction does.
