(1) With a gun pointed at my head Saturn told me : “Dude, ain’t it time I got my f****** rings drawn?” 🙂
Et voilà . In order to match with Antoniadi’s plate mentioned below, we have to apply HFLIP+VFLIP. A direct image taken with a refractor telescope generates a reversed image.
(2) RTC now is programmable: step 1s, 6s, 30s, 60s.
(3) All modal forms unified to Silver Color.
(4) Added Lunar Phase (%) to the Perigee/Apogee calculations. This allows a quick evaluation of SuperMoons.
(5) Redesigned the Preferences Panel.
(6) Added a button called “GEOC” in the Main Form, next to the geographical coordinates input boxes. It is a bypass for routines computing the topocentric coordinates of planets, asteroids and comets, so it shows the geocentric position. It should be used with care and above all it should not be left normally activated.
(7) Deleted the checkbox activating “Ortho follows CLINE” functionality into the SE Navigator. This code creates an abnormal 26% CPU load. I will redesign a new functioning code on one of the next versions. Consequently, LED close to the Geographical Coordinates input boxes has disappeared because useless.
(8) Stars Database and Deep Sky Database now show only objects found above the local horizon.
(9) BUG : Emission Nebulas were not correctly plotted on HORIZONTAL VIEW. Solved.
Hi
Thank you for this interesting improvement. A good test: the observation of Saturn by Antoniadi on June 2, 1924 at 10:10 p.m. using the Great Refractor of the Meudon observatory (48.805089°, 2.231003°).

Keep the great work.
