On the IMCCE/Paris observatory website, it is now possible to compute the phases of the Moon, Mercury and Venus from 1000 to 2050 : https://ssp.imcce.fr/forms/phases
I check the phase of Venus on 1st october 1610, as observed by Galileo Galilei from his house 19, Costa San Giorgio, Firenze (43.7647, 11.2556).
According to IMCCE, phase of Venus 78.5%, according to UrukFSP 78.5%.
